چکیده

Abstract Introduction Arterial hypertension (AH) is the most common cardiovascular (CV) diseases and one of major a risk factor for CV complications mortality. An important reason development progression number are epigenetic factors regulating gene expression, which include microRNAs. MicroRNA-133a epigenetics factor, has cardioprotective properties, but its role in left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) patients with AH, including men, not well understood. Purpose The aim study was to investigate circulating microRNA-133a levels, associations (LV) parameters LVH men AH. Methods In included 57 AH grades 2–3 aged 43 64. main group consists 32 comparison 25 without LVH. groups were comparable age duration hypertension. control consisted 22 practically healthy age. determined according 2018 ESC/ESH guidelines. Circulating plasma levels obtained by polymerase chain reaction using CFX96 Touch System, “TaqMan microRNA Assay” “TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix” reagent kits. Results (total group) significantly lower than (0.212 [0.091; 0.364]) vs (0.402 [0.178; 0.513]), p<0.05). (0.125 [0.078; 0.295] 0.276 [0.126; 0.397], p<0.05 0.402 (men LVH) there statistically significant negative correlation between LV mass index (R=−0.42, p<0.01) no ejection fraction or E/e' (averaged) ratio (p>0.05). (without Conclusion results may indicate decreased pathogenesis Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

Left ventricular performance in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy caused by systemic arterial hypertension.

To assess the adaptation of the left ventricle to a chronic pressure overload we used echocardiography to study 18 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy caused by systemic arterial hypertension. Increased values for either posterior wall or interventricular septal thickness or both confirmed the presence of left ventricular hypertrophy in all patients and an increase in the average wall th...

echocardiographic assessment of inappropriate left ventricular mass and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with diastolic dysfunction

background: early diagnosis of left ventricular mass (lvm) inappropriateness and left ventricular hypertrophy   (lvh) can result in preventing diastolic left ventricular dysfunction and its related morbidity and mortality. this study was performed to determine if diastolic dysfunction   is associated with lvh and inappropriate lvm. methods: one hundred   and twenty five uncomplicated hypertensi...

Hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.

In response to high blood pressure, left ventricular hypertrophy develops. But in hypertension, the myocardial hypertrophied structure is abnormal. The prevalence of this hypertrophy is influenced by age, gender, weight, race, genetics and the severity of high blood pressure. By echocardiography, it has been possible to detect non invasively and more precisely this hypertrophy and its anatomica...
